“This is when our passions unite.” – Richard M. Castaldo

Kathy Castaldo and I launched GrandLakeLife originally as a contemporary “church” in 2017 but soon realized that our vision was being undermined by religious institutionalism and religious leaders who despised the unchurched instead of having deep affection for everyone, especially people who are in desperate need (spiritual, physical, and emotional).

In 2018 we closed our worship meetings and transformed into a voluntary network of Jesus lovers who enjoy helping meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of others, especially people from Delaware County in NE Oklahoma and the Grand Lake region no matter our differences in spiritual beliefs, politics, addictions, sexual orientation, age, or financial means.

We have AWESOME plans to expand this network and to better equip others so YOU can be the Church with us, instead of pledging loyalty to an institution. Why? Because God is love and so are we!

Meanwhile, you can find us on Facebook here: GrandLakeLife.

Castaldo for Congress

I ran for our Congressional District 2 seat in the United States’ House of Representatives in 2018 for three reasons.

First, I wanted there to be a third and viable option to the corrupt duopoly (Republicans v. Democrats). The Libertarian Party is that option. We are positioned as the third largest and well-funded political party in the USA. We have achieved ballot access in Oklahoma that we will work to maintain. We will continue running Libertarian candidates that believe in the principles of individual liberty and localized, limited government.

Secondly, as a lifelong resident of our district I have experienced the ineffective leadership and lack of integrity shown from our current Congressman, Markwayne Mullin. When I saw there was no one running who represented my principles I decided to run.

Third, I chose to use the platform granted by the election to preach liberty, peace, and the non-aggression principle to the people in our  communities who may have never been exposed to authentic Libertarianism.

My team and I were extraordinarily proud of our achievements and whether I run again or not, we have plans to continue building on those achievements and turning Oklahoma into a gold state.

Cry of Worship

Cry of Worship Ministries has three unique missions: to produce products and content that help spread the inclusionist message of Jesus Christ, to host community events including concerts and outreach programs to the homeless, and to provide a blog platform that has had such guests as Mitch McVicker and the late Rachel Held Evans. We will soon launch our new Amazon store as well!
